What we collect
TractionFI collects the financial information you enter directly: paycheck details, income sources, expenses, assets, and debts. We also collect your email address and password (hashed, never stored in plain text) to create and secure your account.
Where your data lives
Your financial data is stored only in TractionFI's database, scoped to your authenticated account. It is never written to any other system. No other user can read, query, or export your data.
Third parties
We do not run third-party analytics on any page where you enter or view your financial information. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data to train any model, ours or anyone else's. The only third party involved in the service is our transactional email provider, used solely to send account verification and password-reset emails — it never receives your financial data.
Your data, your control
You can export your data or delete your account and all associated financial data at any time from account settings. Account deletion permanently removes your financial data from our database.
