TractionFI

Terms of Service

Last updated September 21, 2026

Not financial advice

TractionFI is an educational tool. It applies a published, general-purpose personal finance framework (the US Personal Income Spending Flowchart) to the numbers you enter and shows you the resulting recommendation. It does not know your full financial picture, goals, or risk tolerance, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney. Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and no advisor-client relationship is created by using it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make based on TractionFI's output. Recommendations are only as good as the numbers behind them.

The service

TractionFI is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TractionFI and its operators are not liable for any financial loss or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Account use

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of TractionFI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
